Miki Rae a singer-songwriter skilled in the ukulele and the guitar has been performing original songs throughout the Reno-Tahoe-Carson Valley area for the majority of my life. Miki has performed at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tennessee all the way to Aukland, New Zealand. Dedicating her life to music, she has become a part of the Tahoe music scene and was a nominee for the 2018 Tahoe Alliance Awards. While she originally started out playing her music solo, she now perform with the band Taking Root; we're a mix of Reggae and Rock, but her personal favorite is "Island-Vibe".
